When starting your card, we suggest using openers such as "Dear friend", "Greetings", "Hello" and "Hi there".
What should I write in the card?

How do I end the card?
We suggest using sign-offs such as "Love", "Your Friend", "Take Care" or "Warmly", followed by your first name! If you don't feel comfortable writing your name, feel free to write "Anonymous"!

Do I have to buy a card to participate?
No! We welcome both store bought and handmade cards. Let your creativity run wild!
Where are the cards going?
All of the cards will be distributed to various care facilities in Ontario! In the future, we plan to expand to other provinces, and eventually across Canada.
Will I receive a card in return?
At the moment, the cards will only be sent to Seniors in care facilities. You will not receive a response. However, we do have plans to create a pen pal program in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
Do I have to write my card in English?
No! In addition to English, we accept cards written in French, traditional Chinese writing, and simplified Chinese writing.
Will I get any confirmation that you have recieved my card?
If I want to send multiple cards, can I send them in one large envelope or do they have to be sent one card per envelope?
Both is fine with us! However, it might be more cost effective and convenient to use one large envelope since you would only have to put postage on one envelope!
Do I have to put a return address on the envelope?
No, you do not have to put a return address on the envelope if you don't feel comfortable including it!
Can I receive volunteer hours for writing a card?
