Grief is a natural reaction to loss of any kind. The following is a list of resources that can help you navigate a time of loss.

Center for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH)

This site explains what grief is and outlines some options on how to start dealing with grief. This site also includes multiple resources on various agencies in assisting with grief and bereavement. 

eMentalHealth.ca

This site provides a wide range of information on the topics of: what grief is, types of grief, the grieving process, explanation of different types of loses, the dos and don’ts when dealing with grief, how to help family member or friends who are dealing with grief, when to see a professional, and what to expect when you have grief therapy and counselling.

Grieving Together

This site provides information about grief and the process and resources of grief and bereavement agencies that may be able to help you throughout your grieving process.

Canadian Alliance for Grieving Children and Youth

This site is the first Canadian national group of professionals who are providing families the support with the grief and bereavement process for the children and youth in their care. It provides many different resources you may need to help during the grieving process. 

Circle of Care - Sinai Health

This site provides information on their bereavement support, the different types of grief and bereavement programs they offer, and how to register with them if you feel you need their services.
